When a female and a male are together there is always sexual energy. The yogi’s strongly advice her to concentrate on the Third Eye when she talk to a male, when is not sexual interested in him. Don’t concentrate on the Second Chakra. Do this by looking at the Third Eye, feeling it, penetrating it when your thoughts and feelings go to him, and commanding it to the Third Chakra Any woman who concentrates on the Second Chakra during communication with a man, will be insulted and rejected.
